If they do they require offstreet housing from what you describing your charging 550 a bedroom . I subscribed to make sure things were working as they should on your blog and I'm so glad I did. You are rekindling (don't know if I spelled it right) my Real Estate Investment fire. That is definitely on my to do list. Unfortunately I have no money (I know, I know, you don't need money) but I also don't have good credit to obtain financing. I mean my credit is really bad. But anyway, I'm glad I subscribed this will keep me motivated. The funny thing is student housing is one of the areas I thought about doing. This is awesome!!! Doug this is awesome.
