		<description>Most cities in my area wont allow a single family to be changed into a triplex . If they do they require offstreet housing  from what you describing your charging 550 a bedroom . Thats great but never happen in my area the most they will pay is 325-350 per bedroom  

I dont know where you are investing but those are way out of line for our area

You are rekindling (don&#039;t know if I spelled it right) my Real Estate Investment fire. That is definitely on my to do list.  Unfortunately I have no money (I know, I know, you don&#039;t need money) but I also don&#039;t have good credit to obtain financing.  I mean my credit is really bad.  But anyway, I&#039;m glad I subscribed this will keep me motivated.  The funny thing is student housing is one of the areas I thought about doing.  This is awesome!!!</description>
