there’s also room to get an additional 250 monthly from rental Increases
an additional 200 monthly from renting 2 garage spaces
the house has a roof of about 5years old.

Thanks for sharing your experience and information. Very interesting. I was wondering how you find the properties and most of all… how do you find tenants? Do you post online like Craigs or do you work with the Campus housing department?
I can not post anything to this blog as it keeps coming back-Want to learn more-I have gone to many seminars but the bottom line was only more money to the speakers-please prove that this system is different
